Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Order and Sales Contract

Any order placed on our shop constitutes an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation email.

2. Price and Payment

All prices are stated in euros, including all taxes (inclusive). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, provided that the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time you validate your order.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. Any reasonable delay in delivery of products will not give rise to damages or order cancellation.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

5. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products sold on our shop benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided for in articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and the warranty against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

6. Liability

Our liability cannot be engaged for any inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular a service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

7. Applicable Law
